Hey! I'm very happy that you made step forward in your life and decided to exercise! The idea about not eating after 8pm isn't that smart in my opinion. You have to exercise alot and you can eat, not too much but still eat. I almost never eat before 10pm and I constantly keep my weight. Try running, rollerskating, pushups, situps and pullups. This combination will lead you far and you will become fit :P . Just don't stop! Never turn back and you will be the winner! Oh and also congratulations on your success in runescape! Nice guide, but that dropping part is kinda confusing. I'm powerfishing in barb village too (f2p), am lvl 93 atm and going for 99! \ . At this point your theory is kinda true. I had days getting 42k exp per hour ;) I have to admit this guide doesn't help me cause i've done many methods of fishing and I know all, and i'm trained dropper lol But hey, it's very nice guide for ppl who don't know how to raise fishing! 8/10 Aumor

Well the idea is good and i fully support it.. I agree, that new mining animation is totally screwd up. But there must be difference between drinking and eating. Do you eat beer? I hope not
