i thought of a simular idea myself: namely: like getting a membership for 100 hours or somthing, because some player only play 1 hour a day an some 5 hours aday, so you can deside what type you want, i think a lot of f2p people get member then im a member myself

they can just give a warning after the first banning so they block their ip adres after the second time if there are pure ess, i think there also will be pure yews or so

im wondering, why doesnt jagex blocks the ip adres of the person who hackes or scammes to hard, like autos or pass scamming
