Need a bit more information, because the way I see it, the military of Abbysninia is still recovering from the battles between it and Russia/Switzerland. And is still pretty divided owing to the fact that it's a multi-national army made from countries that have a long history of hating eachother. Did you give them any military equipment? Most of the countries that are part of the Republic either have a majority Slavic population, or pretty damn close to. Ukraine is East Slavic, but Slavic none the less. And I never said I was annexing them to protect the from annexation. I was bringing them into the Republic to improve quality of life and all that good stuff.

This is true. I suppose I could've just left Ukraine, watched as Russia invaded, and then funded propoganda within it (since Ukrainians hate Russians anyway, wouldn't be all that hard to do). And with the restraining...there's only 5 tiny little countries left on my border that are Slavic, so meh. I can deal with the 5 day rule, though I have started talks with most of them days ago.
