The money received totals $15b USD. The SR has also begun turning some of the gas powered trucks it has received from citizens in exchange for electric ones, into technicals. You lost most of your holders when you got embargoed and then siezed everyone's assests. :) You can work on the timeframe for how long it will take, since it's not really instrumental to my country but probably is part of some economic plan you have.
