Debatable, although if we play with 8 of us, maybe not. Vicky2 is still $20, and I don't feel like buying it again. I say the best option now is everyone buys EU3 off steam, seeing as it's still cheap. I'm not paying $30 for two copies of the same game just because some people are too lazy to get their steam version the correct checksum.

EU3 lets smaller countries actually get powerful though, in contrast to Victoria 2 where if you start as say...Peru, you're never going to get to great power status.
