Grim, you never researched this stuff at all. You can't just say: I'm researching genetics, and then say later that you have all this stuff other people have. You say: I'm researching strength enhancements. Gahhhh

Oh well then, if we can just auto-research stuff, my drugs are 1000x times more efficient now. As well, with the spy satellites. If you remember I had Project Cleanup going to clear up the air space above Federation land (orbit), so they would be detected prettttty quickly. Actually I have researched quite a bit ago augmentive nano surgery. Let me dig up the post Yes, you bring up the post where you mention that you were working on something that could do the same thing as the drugs I've spent 60+ years researching.

NWO! What you need, we can help. We can produce weapons/technology fast. Doom can probably produce things faster than all of you actually.

Fission based ones we have fusion based ones and no you cannot have them. 3 countries have them 1 me another britania and trols country is the third one (he also has an under water species just fyi). Also a reminder my scientists want cadavers to study of alien races and I am inclined to oblige them. The Federation had a massive amount of nukes built up, so Brazil has them now

Hm, I suppose they're giving a comprehensive list at least, so might as well throw this in: [hide=Terran Federation Military Structure]The Terran Federation's military is split into two sections, army and navy. Navy encompasses both land-based naval and air forces, as well as battleships and craft designed for space travel. TFed has a heavily infantry based military, and excels in defense. The land army is split into 4 main groups, as well as 3 special groups (Praetorians & Federation Militia, Infiltrators): 1. Praetorian Guard. This small group of soldiers are hand-picked at birth for their genetic traits, and trained mercilessly throughout their life in the arts of war. They are one of the most deadly forces in the entire universe, and are tasked with guarding the top levels of the Federation's political and military structure. They are rarely used in battle, due to their small numbers, but when they are they can easily turn the tide.[sort of like Spartans from the Halo series] [hide=Praetorian Guard][/hide] 2. Top tier troops (aka special forces), these are the Federation Marines - the best of the best, if you will. They are the hammer to the Guard's anvil.[AKA Space Marines from Warhammer 40K] [hide=Federation Marines][/hide] "A Federation marine holding a hill is a man even the Gods themselves cannot kill." 3. Federation Guard. These are the heavy infantry troops, supported by Scorpion artillery-tanks and MAASs (Mobile Anti-Air Systems). They are the anvil of TFed's land military. Equipped with numerous bio-enhancements and middle level infantry armour (they aren't tanks like the Federation Marines), they can take a fair amount of punishment, as well as dishing it out. [AKA Imperial Guard from Warhammer 40K] [hide=Federation Guard][/hide] 4. Federation Light Infantry. These are highly mobile, lightly equipped troops that wear integrated-nanosuit bodyarmour, in addition to having jetpacks. They are one of the most fast attacking and mobile infantry units in history, though their training regimine means that their numbers are quite few.[AKA Mobile Infantry from Starship Troopers] [hide=Federation Light Infantry][/hide] 5. Federation Militia. All able bodied members of the Federation are required to do a mandatory 8 month military training program, and can be called upon the defend their homeland in the event of an attack. These troops are essentially civilian militia troops, so they are poorly equipped and don't have access to the same quality equipment that the career military troops do, but they will fight with complete devotion and suicidal bravery, as they are fighting for their homes and communities.[Equivalent equipment to today's modern forces (which in-game is around 50 years old)] [hide=Federation Militia][/hide] 6. Steel Legion. The Steel Legion is made up of convicted criminals from all across Federation land. Men and women who were set to be executed for crimes, but took the offer of 10 years service in the Steel Legion in exchange for their freedom. The Steel Legion is special in that, if a unit within it retreats from battle without being ordered to do so, every member of that unit automatically has another 10 years service tacked onto their term. The Steel Legion is used in the most dangerous battles and missions, meaning that their casaulties are extremely high; so it's actually less dangerous for the unit to stay and fight whatever the odds, rather then retreat. [hide=Steel Legion][/hide] 7. Infiltrators. These are hand picked for their stealth and expertise. They're used to disrupt supply lines and communications of enemy armies, as well as perform assassination and subterfuge missions. [hide=Infiltrators][/hide] Terran Federation Navy The Navy is mostly for space defense and shuttling troops. Currently these are the types of ships being used: [hide=Capital Ships, AKA Battlestars, sort of the Jack of All trades ships][/hide] [hide=Carrier Ships for rapid deployment of fighter planes][/hide] [hide=Troop Carriers][/hide] [hide=Space Fighters][/hide] [hide=Troop Dropships][/hide] [/hide] Also, the Russian Empire has exosuits and whatnot, as well as AI soldiers, though I'm not exactly sure how many. Federation Troops all pretty generally had these enhancements: Brain Chips to allow faster relfexes Strength Enhancements to allow for well, lifting heavier stoofs The Federation Gun line, which were extremely heavy weapons that required the strength enhancements Drug that produces natural anti-freezes, allowing operation in temperatures down to -20 degrees Celsius Cream to improve eyesight. Oh, and the official religion of the Federation is Norse paganism, and in it there is no greater honour than to die in battle with your weapon in hand, so TFed soldiers have a sort of fanatical bravery to them, they hardly ever surrender. Think that's all of 'em.

The original Hedgemony said it was fair game. Relax. Mk then. I was just bringing up to Arch how silly applying real-world principles to this game really is, considering the amount of ludicrous events have taken place (like finding plans for F22 Raptors in a Saudi Arabian desert, for example  ). Relax mate.

That fleet would take around 3 years to get to Earth btw. I'm going to bring up a list of TFed's military strength, so Doom knows what she has at her disposal. Terran Federation Military Strength: Active Personnel: 370,000,000m (30,000,000m veterans) 180m Reserves (most on Midgard/Earth) 42,000 Scorpion Heavy-Artillery Tanks 38,000 Mobile Anti Air Systems 20,000 Heavy Tanks 16,000 Medium Tanks 9,000 Light Tanks 106,000 APCs Navy: 63 Carriers 252 Destroyers 189 Submarines (This is going off my Sept.4th Post on the Old Hegemony: "Naval construction yard in Tunisia is done, and is churning out 1 carrier, 4 destroyers, and 3 subs per year (this is just so I don't have to post it every day). " Page. 183 if anyone is wondering. Air Force: 2800 Fighter-Interceptors 70 Fighter-Bombers 150 Bombers 260 Transport Planes 400 Attack Helicopters Space Force: 1 Flagship - Ragnarok 26 Main Battleships 61 Carriers 130 Troop Transports Helluva lot of troop dropships Also, I mentioned earlier that I had a fleet going towards an undisclosed location. They were actually heading towards Earth, so they're there now, so the Earth force is bolstered by a huge amount of veterean fighters fresh from Midgard. For Earth: 1/2 the Soldiers above are on Earth, as well as half the space ships. The entire navy listed above is on Earth, as well as the lions share of vehicles and planes (around 90%). Not sure about the figures for Russia, Doom could just PM Walka, since most of those forces came under Federation control after the collapse. As for defenses in former Federation Earth land: There is an enormous wall that was built all around Europe and along the Russian border, complete with pillboxes and reinforced blast doors, as well as artillery and SAM sites located behind the wall. There are a huge number of bunkers, and defense positions all across Africa and Europe. There's the missile shield for ICBMs and whatnot. There's the orbital shield for orbital bombardments, as well as the two battlestations above Earth. Also, TFed had the most advanced targetting systems for its Anti-Air sites (of which are dotted all across Federation land - with numerous posts talking about that). Underground tunnel system underneath old Greater Germania (Germany, Luxembourg, Czech Republic, Poland). As well there is the hollowed out asteroids dotted around Yggdrasil's system that houses fighter squadrons, but I doubt there will be fighting going on there. So, yeah.

O...k you demonstrate a keen habit of ignoring reality. Can you imagine if the real world worked like that... Britain: No you listen India, I don't care if you have overthrown our government we own you and are giving you to America because we aren't playing any more! So in your face! Britain: Its not fair! Everyone is against us Mr Hitler so you can't have France. Its our ally so it would join us if it was going to give up. France: No Lenin you can't have an uprising in Russia we need it to fight Germany. This whole game is about ignoring reality. It doesn't operate on real-world principles. Look at India now, as per your example. India is under British control - yet there was never any sort of rebellions or unrest. The Middle East is controlled by The Holy Empire of Jerusalem, and it has a cross on its flag - again, no unrest at all.

Again, how did your civilization, which is on a planet light years away from Earth, and a pacifists nation, manage to gain control of sections of the Russian military? And long-term power...they wouldn't side with Britannia. They'd sign with the Federation, considering the Federation has (had?) the largest, most high-tech military, as well as the most heavily defended land. But, its not like it matters, since Doom now owns Russia and Europe, and the Americas, and half of Africa. But hey, now certain players can actually complain about someone owning 1/2 the Earth. Bonus for them! Besides, we all agreed that revolts and rebellions are not part of the game, since they're so easily abusable. For example, I just started a rebellion on your home world. The people have now sided with the Brazilian Empire. Hm. I'd prefer no alliances in the new thread, but we can trade, yes.

Neutral 2. Not aligned with or supporting any side or position in a controversy. Sere was and, as far as I am aware, is not my ally and being that we have only communicated in this public forum I could not say with any certainty that he is 'my friend'. What I did was what was dictated by the logical progression of ideas added to a little bit of imagination on my part. I also provided numerous options and tried to make the hand over of power more realistic. Yes it is true that the Greater Russian Area has most of the Population, but anyone reading my posts will have seen that, had they chosen to start a civil uprising, then they could have and probably carved out most of Western Russia. And that was in your court because you are/were the main ally to the Russian people. Can I just clarify the point is this a role play or is it survival of the most active member? It just seems that any attempt at roleplay is immediately countenanced by someone leaving or me being told that the idea is impossible because it is a super weapon which is cannot be defended against... Sorry to hear that, but I had no knowledge of that. I just reacted in an unbiased manner to improve the roleplaying experience, for me as well as, hopefully, everyone else. You can quote me the D&D alignment chart all you want, but that doesn't prove that what you were doing was actually neutral. You somehow gained control of Russia, and then handed it over to Britannia (which makes no sense whatsoever). Then you say you're trying to "balance power" or some other such garbage. Britannia already has control over 3 different empires, as well as being the leader of an alliance made up of every active player excluding me and Doom, and you wanted to give him another empire in the 'balance of power'? Ha! Also kinda funny how you ignored the #1 definition for that link: "not taking part or giving assistance in a dispute or war between others"

Sorry, should I have plastered flags all across the entire map? How am I 'disregarding truth'? Those countries weren't under my control, so I have no say it what they do. Look, just because I gave my land to someone who wasn't your ally or friend, or whatever, doesn't mean you should be pissed off. I gave my land to someone who has been reasonable and (most importantly) has never attacked me. No, I didn't blow anything out of proportion. And I left because it was essentially me vs everyone in the thread, considering all my allies stopped playing. I was also tired of getting [bleep]ed at for every little thing I did.

Of course you would say that, considering it shows that you have control of Russia, Bangladesh, and Ethiopia - all Norweigan lands. Wtf. How is it that a neutral country should automatically go to Sere? Yeah, you're real neutral. Yep, I have Brunei. I also have Singapore, but that's probably too small to get its own little area. And yea, it looks good. What's with Cyprus and those islands off the coast of the Arabian peninsula though? Those islands and a small tip of Somalia (and I do mean small) belong to Kazakhia. Once again, quit trying to grab territory that isn't yours, Cyprus was Federation land. -- Indy has said he's not really active enough to have control, so the Federation goes to Doom. All of it.

I give up, this game is pointless to play. Hopefully the Kingdom thread will be better, and we won't have some super-mega whiny alliance that can't see reason at all. To prevent the inevitable grab for my lands that Sere will put forth, every single part of the Federation (including Russia) will go to Indy.

Hegemony-V2 begins page 302
No, that was never said. Troops were moved from the Asian continent, not from Britain. Right, so he thought he could take over Russia with a handful of troops? Hm, I doubt that. Either way, it seems that Sere didn't expect an attack of Britain at all, so I have a huge advantage there, whenever he gets around to acknowledging that I did in fact invade him. Also, Retech, why is it that your only posts on Tipit are on this thread? No offense and all, but that's a little suspect.
