Border project complete, all of Europa's land borders are now protected by 500 ft walls (pretty much). Coastal defenses are being constructed all along Europa's coastline, should be done in 10 years.

Construction on a battle station in orbit above Midgard has begun, once that is finished in 6 years, outposts all around the outer reaches of the planet will be built, as an early detection system for incoming ships. Oh and Ross, if a single pound of those materials fall on Europa soil, I'll consider it an act of war.

Alright, I guess it's my turn Doom. South America is pretty much off-limits to new players, as is Europe (as neither me nor Doom want to give someone a country beside our main power base). However! You can choose a country that I currently hold in Northern Africa, provided it's not Libya, Morocco, Algeria or Tunisia (I like the Mediterranean). That still leaves you with around 15-20 countries to choose from, though. And don't worry about the poverty or corruption in those countries. The corruption was stamped out, and infrastructure put in place to combat poverty, so any nation you choose will be on even footing with a European country. I still don't think it makes sense that you have the capability to produce 2 million of them a year. Europa update: Navy done upgrades, now modern for game-time. E2S missiles coming along nicely Bomb coming along nicely Gun coming along nicely. Though with the knowledge we ended up gaining from Somalia's brilliant meteorologists, I suppose we were able to predict them all and avoid them perfectly. I had thought up a system where we take the number of countries, a roll that on a random number generator (meaning 18 countries would get a roll between 1-18, and then whatever number that landed, the country that has that number would get a natural disaster that is most likely in the region (typhoons in Asia, earth quakes in mainland areas, etc). This would be rolled once a week (irl time). Never proposed it though, since I figured most people would argue about land ratios and probability of natural disasters in certain areas, etc.

Exactly how much do these things cost? If they have railguns and can run at 68 miles per hour they are not gonna be cheap. Apparently 60k each :roll: Since Europa has compulsory 18 month military service, its active military has been toned down to 15 million. In the event of a war, though, around 60 million trained soldiers can be called up, and millions more that could fight.
