The territories Russia gains were once part of Russia, Poland gets re-united, Britannia gains land for his assistance and geographical poximity, and Norway gains Finland for their similar cultures. This okay for everyone? (I know Russia never posted about troops, but if he were online he would've been 100%. So I don't think that should really factor in, considering Hedgehog did attack Russia, so Russia would've responded). Germania has also tested a new type of nanosuit in the war. The results were an amazing success, and troop performance improved tremendously.
