If my calculations are correct, you'd get demolished. 25,700 troops (where most are defencive) to a value of ~60,000,000 (quality beats quantity) + a castle + possible help from Persia + possible help from others. I'd say my chances are about 50-60% Your entire army is crossbowmen.

Alright here's my compromise, Mather: You can build your embassy in Granada, then I'll burn it to the ground, get the Pope to call a crusade on your heathen ass, then annex you. Does that sound fair?
