If Egypt had had an IAG of 1t or so I would give you more, but considering it had only 500b + change, I think getting 60% of your funds is pretty good already, lol. K well he gets 200b from my IAG, and around 500b from the other American land (not subtracting from mine because I never added them to mine). So there's 700b.

Well I never actually added any of my American land to my IAG except for Texas (lol, dolt. Was too preoccupied with dividing it up nicely and drawing choo choo train borders), so I'd lose around 200b IAG or something.

Okay then, that's your version of the treaty, though I'm a bit perplexed that you would cross out the things that don't effect you anyways. South Africa signs the Treaty of Cairo. The Treaty of Constantinople still stands for the other powers involved in the war, with the same terms. And no, this is a surrender negotiation, not a non aggression pact lol.

Exactly, and Sere isn't involved in any way... Mather, I don't really think you understand the concept we are dealing with here. This should help. And demanding concessions from the losing side of a war is hardly blackmailing. It's called terms. This should help, again. Ignoring a treaty because you don't want to concede anything is...stupid. I think you and Icu are pretty much the only ones that have any real problem with the terms asked (or at least the only ones that have voiced such).

Sere, you aren't part of the negotiations. Also, -- Like I said, I have no qualms about continuing the war, just keep in mind that if things go in our favour the next treaty offer will be a lot harsher.

The ERE accepts the surrender of Japan. Icu, it really doesn't matter to me whether the war continues or not. You could continue fighting, but I would as well. So, unless you think you can stand up against France, Russia, the ERE, Italy, and South America...I suggest you take the deal, which is already fairly lenient towards you.

These are the terms. And if the cities are torched then all treaties are nullified and we're still at war.
