I never really got this. Grim can colonise the moon now... Ico can colonise the moon now...Its hardly 50 years ahead....Especially when Retech can't get off the moon... I wasn't comparing him to Grim and Icu. Washington was nuked, the rest of the country was fine. And yes, you did have that option but opted for the moon.

The whole point was that it was a ludicrous suggestion modelled on Retech's own. You saying 'no, that's stupid' to me means you're saying it to Retech as well. He had everything in his two biodomes or else they wouldn't be able to breathe. This is what I was informed of.

Well I have a presence on the moon, and since we aren't counting population in our figures, then if I build biodomes then they will be filled with people. If by presence you mean the shattered remains of biodomes made out of unobtanium (seriously, arch?) and filled with nobody, then yes, you have a presence there. Though, if I use that same logic I have a presence there, in the remains of some of my missles, so if I build something there my people will magically appear on the moon as well? Lol okay Mr. Cocky.
