Bit different when my misinformation comes because the moderator didn't inform me of it until I was attacked. If I had had that money, I would likely have more land now (higher budget for the past 30 years), higher infrastructure, and countless other stuff. That, coupled with the fact that Arch deducted 1.25tril from my treasury for 8 10kt nukes tells me that yes, I do have the money. Just don't get angry when your next attack costs you 4 trillion dollars because Arch decided that your tanks were 10 feet high and ran on liquid gold (because...you never said they didn't).
