I'm pretty sure only a few countries have the atom bomb because of the multitude of rather hard to find materials, the massive amount of money needed, and the limitations placed on them by those that do have them (embargoes against NK, Iran, etc); not because they lack the technological know-how. -- I vote no on time dilation or whatever. 0/4 I also put forward a vote that Arch can't just say his people work for free, as that's [cabbage]. 1/0
