  1. I darkened some spots now. I think it adds a nicer focal point to the background. Cheers, Smokie. :) // Azvi.
  2. I don't have any other font that fits. It's pretty weird, I have over 700 fonts - but none of them are "regular" fonts. Like fonts which aren't warped or in any way distorted. I need to get some new fonts... :( // Azvi.
  3. Hah, dude... be my guest. Fiddle around. But don't feel forced to, though. I've nagged too much on you guys already. :P // Azvi.
  4. Word Art? *slightly confused* I made the text using the Times New Roman font and then I warped it. o_o // Azvi.
  5. Hmmm, I'm not sure... there's something that looks wrong in it... but I can't put my finger on it... I think need to see IDPUP's try first... // Azvi.
  6. Smokie, I knew something were wrong. I changed some things in it. // Azvi.
  7. Waaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaait! One more thing, can you alter the glass so that I can add a shadow under it myself! Lol, I'm such a bastard. Sorry. :P // Azvi.
  8. Yeah it was. I used a pretty old picture I made in Photoshop, and touched it up. Thanks. :) // Azvi.
  9. That's great! But the shadow is still there... And the glass is somewhat outside of the picture. >_< // Azvi.
  10. The_Sarah, ah, cheers! Guess I were wrong then...? ColAvanor, dude seriously... my smiley sig ain't nothing compared to the one you made. So... stop it - and get your eyes checked. o_- Thanks for the comment, though. :P Matt, well... yeah. Your post kinda' triggered me to open Photoshop. So yes. // Azvi.
  11. I just had a guilty conscience for not using Photoshop, and for creating something decent in weeks. So I kept working with my brushing skills - the result was this: Was made in Photoshop 7.0 with brushes mostly. But since I have just requested a background to be made, I won't use it (I doubt I would, anyway...) - so if anyone wants it, reply here. I also want peoples' opinions on it, I'm really not optimistic on the font, and the text effect. So give me a few tips on that. I know I'm terrible at text effects. :P Any constructive feedback is appreciated. // Azvi.
  12. IDPUP, yay! Great! >_< Dameien, I didn't really like the colour on the first one, either - it looked grey. Great that you're giving it another go, also. :) // Azvi.
  13. That's awesome, man. I really like the firey-ish background. But maybe you should've used a better font? And try to stay away from the bevel & emboss effect when you make abstracts. Good job! :) // Azvi.
  14. What Wyrm said - and if you ever need a helping hand or advice, feel free to pester me on MSN. Don't give up, though! // Azvi.
  15. IDPUP, sorry man, but it still looks like the water is outside of the glass. Maybe it's the view or something? Try the view Dameien used. Aldeon, sorry man... but that sig is both over-sized and really blurry. :( Dameien, you're currently in the lead (sorry IDPUP... :( ). Only if you could move the glass more to the left, and make the water look more fluid-ish. It currently looks a lot like an ice-cube. :P Also, could you tone down the colour of the water a notch or two? Like only a small tint of blue. Also, could you remove the shadow? :) A big thanks to all of you for trying! :) // Azvi.
  16. No offence, but that doesn't really look like a shrimp. o_o And the glass was just done by using a cylinder. I'm sorry, but I'm looking for a bit more... advanced. I appreciate your go at it, though. :) // Azvi.
  17. That's bloody awesome. I really like the fact that you really go into details with the pictures, that makes them look more or less flawless. And all these small things you put in the background (like in your current sig) really adds a lot. But in this one, I think you could have added some more things. Especially in the "grey-ish black" area. But anywho, it's really nice, let alone creative. 9/10 // Azvi.
  18. If the shrimp did come from Bryce, it would look more 3D-ish. So no, I don't think he used Bryce to create it, my guess would be that he cut it out from a picture or something. // Azvi.
  19. Amazing! But there's just 2 more things: it looks like the water is somehow outside of the glass... on the sides. And si it possible to remove the shadow? Other then that, it's exaclty how I wanted it! :) // Azvi.
  20. Awesome, IDPUP. But naturally, I have to maintain my utterly disturbing self, by requesting a few things to be changed - that is, if you're up for it... Okay, first thing, instead of adding a brick-ground, could you just go with plain white? Because, IMHO, it would look better, and the glass wouldn't get "discoloured". And in your first shot, the shrimp was pink-ish, now it's green... - I liked pink better. o_o And it's kinda' blurry, but I don't think you/anybody can do anything about that. :) Maybe the blurryness would decrease if you made the glass bigger... okay, I'll stop now! Again, great job, I really appreciate this. :) // Azvi.
  21. Yay!! :) *does the Shirpy dance* // Azvi.
  22. Ehm... sorry for going off topic here, but did I duel against you on Tribes 2 last night? Because it was someone named "=*= Zimlem", that I duelled against. My name's "[bDH]Azvareth". Heh, sorry again for going off topic - but I'm too lazy to write a PM. o_- // Azvi.
  23. Yeah, you know me... I'm your brave, local little soldier. *coff, coff* Thankyou. :) Tonberry, I am definitely not an experienced Bryce user. The only thing I do there, is to place some random shapes inside the canvas, alter them - and render it. Then I touch it up in Photoshop. But I've tried to model some simple things in it, but the result is naturally horrific. As for your entry, it isn't really what I had in mind. The shrimp looks like one of them pacifiers (hope that's the right word...). I thank you for trying, though! :) IDPUP, that's a great shot!! But I kinda' really wanted it to be the shape of a glass. And as Tonberry said, it looks sort of metallish. Would you care to give it another shot? :) // Azvi.
  24. Bumping this before going to bed... o_- // Azvi.
