well i have a demon butler but i have gotten numerous teas from him with a +2 boost , i have used tea on him, gotten tea with milk from him, asked him to serve drinks, everything

on the tip.it construction guide is says with a servant and teak shelves 1 u can get a +3 boost but i havent been able to get this boost, i have tried everything can someone please tell me how i get this boost?

Third Statement: Have some sort of point in your movies. In your Ganon95 Productions Ad you made it seem the ad revolved around you and not the movie-making company here. Rex Quon Do in RuneScape had a point to it, as in: join the school. Downside it wasn't too funny.
