I hope they aren't gone, I'll miss my little friends once I get back to abyss rcing if they are :| Or if you go back to kill them, they'll tele ... only thing I have against them, really.

I've only noticed a few people who don't hate rc pkers on this thread, and as an avid rcer (lvl 85, and I have the ess for 89) who has not once tried to rc pk, I have to say I rather appreciate them. At my current combat level of 101, I notice that most people who try to kill me have at least 85 magic. Now, assuming that the pker high alched from level 55 to get there, that's 47,500 natures. Since level 50 runecrafting, I've pretty much only made natures, and that comes out to about 350k of them. That means that 7 abyss pkers who alched to 85 magic have funded my runecrafting hobby, and at the high prices that the danger of rcing allows me to sell at. Face it, rcers give abyss pkers their levels, and take their money ... seems a fair trade off for the occasional death. So I'd like to thank abyss pkers for keeping nature prices up, for being great customers, and for providing me with excitement during boring hours of rcing. ;) Oh, and taunting them while rcing is fun too. Keep up the good work :P

Yeah, it did lack an exciting end, it was more just the trip itself ... maybe once I get a chain drop on vid (with the amount I actually vid, that's not going to happen) I'll put that clip in as the ending for a feel good version :P

190 trips without dying woudn't make that worthwile for me at all ... and in that case, I should definitely not be bringing a fury along

Best of luck with that, 1k tickets is boring :P I was about your agility when I did that so no end of dart failings is in sight for you (I think I got to 65 or 66 before I got all the tickets, darts were always there to hit me ... a lot). And also best of luck with getting to 99, don't die of boredom first, it's a sweet looking cape.

Are you sure? This seems more of a topic for everyone to tell abyss stories to me. EDIT - I guess it is better in blogscape then ... Back on topic, I have a few good ones. It was all on my last day of my "Runecraft 100k natures" plan. I was down to about 3k left to make and I should have died 3 times making those 3k. 1 - I got hit with an entangle while I wasn't paying much attention, I only noticed just as another spell was coming at me. I teled away, then tried to glory to edgeville to carry on. I couldn't, I was teleblocked. So ... I guess the tb hit me after I teleported away?? Fine with me :P 2 - I made it to another world and there was this one guy trying and failing to pk me for the longest time. Finally he hit me with teleblock in about level 2 wilderness, then missed 2 or 3 entangles in a row, and I got away safely. 3 - Nearly done, just a few hundred natures left to go, I saw this one guy near my level wandering around the abyss area with a dds. I looked him up in between runs and found out he had 96 strength. But I was too close to finishing to switch worlds yet again. I carried on, and he vanished for a while, until I had about 100 left to go. He ran at me when I was nearing the zammy mage, hit me with a dds spec for 4 and 0. I laughed to myself, and clicked to teleport to the abyss. He hit again, this time for 20 and 21. I was already injured from the abyss creatures, and I went to a red bar, my arms flying out. I thought "that was impressive ..." - but I wasn't dead. I was at 1 health and my ring of life had taken me to falador. I dropped my pouches just before the poison hit, spawned right next to where I had been, and picked everything up. :o I think I might be invincible when rcing :P I also recall being very jittery as I did my last few runs on a different world ...

I'd recommend herblore, and I have a different suggestion for it. You said you were going to get tree seeds from MTK, I find that very useful for getting herbs too. Of course, you only have to worry about getting levels in that (and gathering secondary ingredients) when you gather the resources, so in the mean time I would suggest runecrafting. You can use the abyss to make natures to at least level 54 for laws. Or 77 for bloods once they come out :D

I realized I hadn't come here and thanked you for the excellent guide yet! It was a wonderful help in getting my full infinity outfit :) So thanks for the great guide, and keep up the good work :D

I must admit, I would be quite intrigued by a game where your character could die a permanent death. Although I don't think this could really fit into runescape as the game has been built around non-permanent death, I think that it would be a very enjoyable thing for a game to have, it would add that much more to the level of depth.

I've never been to a drop party before, and this sounds like a good one to start with. :) I hope you're having fun with ... not runescape ... (inconceivable!). Good luck with the drop party, I hope your last time on runescape (unless, you know, you come back on) goes smoothly and you're left with nothing but happy memories to depart with. I get the impression I'm starting to sound sappy, so see you in a few hours. And 400 lobbies just doesn't look right, you want 600 more to make it an even thousand?
