If you're worried about costs, just use up the herbs you get from combat (assuming you have them). If not, kill Chaos Druids (level 13) in Edgeville dungeon, wilderness level 1-2 for herbs and use those. At level 30, you can do One Small Favour (Quest) and use one of the lamps for lots of herblore experience. :thumbsup: If not, keep making the best and/or all potions you can with the herbs you obtain.
