Which of these two outfits looks best?
I would say the top one if you're looking for an admirable look, but the second one has better colour combinations... I'd stick with the second one. :D

Fishing
Shilo if you can stand getting nooby fish. Although swordfish with SC harpoon and gloves might just be faster, and definetly more profitable, especially if you cook them too. Don't forget using your familiars; Granite lobster or whatever pouches you may have. :D

70+ Skills.
For farming, this is what I wrote up for another player, it might prove useful.. Keep in mind that you should do the best trees and fruit trees, allotments and whatever you can for more experience. Supercompost also helps a lot. Regarding mining and smithing:
-
training mining
I might just be a "mining freak" but it is my opinion that "powermining" is a gigantic waste of ores. What I did was buy a whole bunch of mithril ore (or perhaps you'd like to mine these), bring them into mining guild along with nats and a lava battle staff to mine and superheat. Sure, coal may take a bit longer than powermining iron or granite, but the advantage of superheating in the mine as you mine is that you don't have to bank as much than regular mining, and it helps your magic and smithing levels up a bit too. You can always use the bars for smithing (mith platebodies are good for alcing), or if you like wasting, for money. I did this for a long time and it was good fun.

41-54 Smithing
If speed isn't an issue, mine iron and do knives untill 48, then mine iron and coal to make steel platebodies.

Well I'm not sure if you'll make it within 3 days, but I guess it should be possible. Why not extend the membership?

24-40 Farming
If you enjoy Vinesweeper, than yes. Although do not forget to also plant in allotments and harvest in approx. 1 hour after planting. Oak trees take around 3,5 hours. Also, if you are playing Vinesweeper you could just bind an amulet of farming to a flower patch (let's say Catherby) and plant flowers and herbs too. Check on them regularly, should get you extra xp. Note: always supercompost when doing herbs.

Weapon Choice for Outfit.
This, although I'd say a glory amulet (t), flowers or maybe a black scimitar? Oh, and some yellow/gold gloves and boots would look better too.

24-40 Farming
What I would recommend for trees: Items: -Buy around 10 plant pots. -Buy x (number of fruit and tree seeds). Sowing seeds: Now use the plant pot on any farming patch while having a trowel in your inventory to fill it with dirt. Then use the seed on it and water it (use watering can on it). All you have to do is wait for it to become a grown seedling, and when that's done you can plant them while having a spade in your inventory. To save time: make sure you have ready to plant samplings in your bank. After you sow a seed in a pot and water it you can also bank it and it will mature as well to the plantable form. Method for farming: You should do regular farming runs. Plan your route carefully. What I usually do is the following: 1. Start in Lumbridge (tree patch) 2. Teleport Varrock (tree patch) 3. Take the spirit tree (next to the maze there is a fruit tree patch). 4. Spirit tree again, to the Gnome Stronghold (fruit tree and tree patch). 5. Teleport Ardougne (allotment and fruit tree patch when you take the boat to Brimhaven). 6. Teleport Camelot (allotment and fruit tree patch in Catherby). Of course you can add explorer ring (cabbage teleport to Falador allotments) and the Ectophial (allotments west of the Ectofuntus) to your route in between teleports. Naturally you should pay the farmers to care for your crops. Additional experience can be earned from wielding the Falador shield 2 (easy + medium achievement diary) at the Falador patches and from wielding Magic secateurs (fairy tale part 1 Quest). Oh, and if you haven't done it, take the time to do Garden of Tranquility, that gives a fair amount of xp as well (though when you do that, make sure to have stuff to alc to keep you busy). You should do regular farming runs, especially before going to sleep at night. Keep in mind that fruit trees take much longer to mature than regular trees, and that allotments are faster even. Have fun with farming! :D

What to do with 1k Crushed Nests?
That would defeat the whole purpose of making potions.
