There are a few things I do not really like about this, it has nothing to do with the bg. :D Firstly, you chose to use a smooth font for your name, however, it looks a bit pixelated on the curves (if you know what I mean). To keep the smooth look i think it also should be smoother. Secondly, I think that mixing both pixel font and smooth font with each other only works if you have a rather large sig, and if the pixel font is 'round 8 point (?). Otherwise i think it looks really underwater :D Good job.

So, you admit defeat?? ok enough with your DEFEAT ok, we didn't have a sword battle just a simple sig contest, in which i was too lazy to compete in, and btw no offence but the sig was pretty crap. Lol, it is rather funny thought that YOU were the one suggesting a 'challenge'. We both agreed on the subbject (and were supposed to work on it). Seems to me though as you gave up as soon as you saw my sig, and didnt even attempt to beat it. You didnt even post, even after I bumped the post a few times... If the sig was so crap, then why didnt you SIMPLY make a qucik sig, which would easily beat it. I can assure you that If you honestly think I'm so crap, then challenge me again. I must assure you that making a challenge post, just because you think you can win is not too smart, and especially being lazy after that... I Laugh at you! :lol:

It's nice, but somehow the twirl in the middle bothers me. Nice text effects there Avz :D

I don't really think it's got a scary look. You need to use either warmer or colder colours, such as cyan/blue or red/cyan. The text itself is a bit too soft IMO. BTW... About the challenge, do you admit defeat since you never posted anything?

Well, i suppose this was not done in photoshop? Any font really which is not too blurred and edgy.... That font is simply WAY too pixelated....

I think it looks cool. Has some really nice design aspects. I just reckon it should be thinner, and a better font should have been used. Also, try to remember your BOARDER :D

Smooth, clear, cool colours, technically good....... That is where it ends. Where is the inspiration, shine, individuality, artistism ?? This is just what I think, so, please don't get offended.

Nono, only the clouds in the bottom of the sig lol, and the size of my name is to small. The 2nd font but just the first R not to thick. :P Sorry for beeing so picky. :P Canuck, yes I meant font. :wink: Why I don't really like doing so many modifications is because I have to swap computers, because photoshop is on my other computer (along with all fonts brushes etc.) and my other computer has internet connection. I'll put a bit more cloud in, since only the clouds at the bottom seemed to disturb you. I wont be able to change the font because I do not do fonts. I tried to make it smaller so that the R would not look as thick, but apparently it didnt work.... If you really need anything modified please shout it out now. I'll (hopefully) post my final version tomorrow morning (in bout 12h).
