Herblore ~ I simply do find this skill to be incredibly tedious. The gathering of vials, herbs, and secondary ingredients is just way too much. Plus the high prices on these herbs if you want to make anything decent. I remember watching my brother making rougly 870 Energy Potions to prepare his Herblore for Legends Quest, and I knew once I got members I would never like the skill (my brother subscriped about a week before me). Fletching ~ Easy enough, it just bores me. One time in Yannile while waiting for my Hops to grow I decided to try Fletching for the first time. I made some arrow shafts, then made some longbows. I realized that this skill is something I would never raise or enjoy, so I just dropped the stuff and went along my way.

Ok heres the thing. I was looking through the Blogscape forum and found yours was bumped and read it. I feel that you deserve something more than a simple "Good job" so I wrote this. It is rarely that I write such replies to people, so please read it all. Enjoy : Firstly, I would like to begin by congratulating you on your achievement of 98 Construction. I doubt that you or I could have ever imagined that you would be in the top 50 players of the Construction skill. I must admit, I have never seen such dedication to goals and plans as I have seen in reading this blog. In a recent topic I wrote in the General F2P Forums, I described how players should work on skills that they enjoy to level and not skills that they believe most people must work on. I see now that you are a living example to this point, and I respect you for it. However, I do have difficulty understanding how anyone could possibly have the patience to reach 83 Herblore or 99 Fletching. Each to their own I suppose. I tried the skills once, and they bored me immediately. Anyways, I have begun to go off track. I notice I do that a lot nowadays. Although I have not known the two of you very long, I will do nothing less than wish you and Dork Punker the best of luck, which is much less than you deserve, as you achieve your dreams of 99 Construction and 99 Slayer. Now I must go, as I have 4800 Feathers in my bank that are urging me to take them down to the Barbarian Village Fishing spots.
