I dunno about World Rank, but my guild has been in the top 5 of our server for all of WotLK. The highest we've ever been is third, which is recently, the top 2 guilds have been maintaining their spots forever. But I could answer whatever question you got.

Got on my girlfriend's Shaman while she was at work and setup a tooltip macro for Chain Heals to yell "JESUS BEAMS!" everytime she casts it. She still can't figure it out. I love this game.

Pretty basic concept, we have sections for different stuff here (Music, Video Games, Sports, etc.). I think a section for life-related Rants or venting would be just great. I know there's a successful thread on these forums for Things that Annoy You but this could be a section for more specific, or isolated incidences and stories rather than just general annoyances. There's probably a Suggestions Forum or something I missed, if this is in the wrong spot then please move it. So you know, thoughts, opinions, suggestions, all that good stuff... go for it.

My favorite is one I haven't seen mentioned yet, and I don't remember the exact name. It was the one where when you were Mining or Fishing a Rock Golem thing or a Troll thing would pop up and just start wailing on you. I spent a lot of time in the Mining Guild and Fishing Guild so seeing someone get punted around was a regular experience. It got removed a while back, so most people may not remember it and new people may have no idea what I'm talking about. Least favorite would have to be that damn Balloon room (Evil Bob I think?).

I've heard of this happening before, but never on such a large scale as this. That does really suck though, guess you just got unlucky. Keep in mind though, the game is still in Alpha, bugs are going to be common for a while, just look at SMP. Go on the Minecraft Forums, see if there's a thread about this or start your own. Notch reads them so hopefully we'll see it fixed.

Couple things I can remember, bear with me here as I haven't played some of these for quite a few years: -Beating the entire Twisted Metal series (I-IV, it got stupid after that) on Twisted Metal Difficulty, solo. No cheats. -Beat Legend of Zelda, Ocarina of Time and Majora's Mask start to finish with no guide or help (Water Temple how I hate thee) -85 Mining in Runescape, quit before reaching 99. 99 Firemaking, Fishing, and Cooking, acquired in listed order. -Unlocking all armor sets, with the exception of Recon, in Halo 3 -150 Pokemon caught in original Red Version, and 250 caught in Gold Version -Caught Mewtwo in Red Version with a Great Ball, because stupid me wasted the Master Ball on a Snorlax And now some WoW stuff: -Rusted Proto-Drake, Ironbound Proto-Drake, and "Starcaller" title acquired during Patch 3.1 -Tribute to Insanity 10, Tribute to Mad Skill 25, and "the Astral Walker" title acquired during Patch 3.2 -Bloodbathed Frostbrood Vanquisher, "the Kingslayer" (25) and "Bane of the Fallen King" title acquired during Patch 3.3, before the release of Patch 4.0.1 -"Loremaster" and "the Seeker" titles, and Red Dragonhawk acquired before the release of Patch 4.0.1 [spoiler=Quick thingy]For those who may be wondering, my guild did reach 11/12 HM in 25 ICC, however it was during our 25 HM LK attempts that most people grew bored of the instance with the upcoming release of Cataclysm, and we stopped raiding. I need Full House and All You Can Eat to acquire my Icebound Frostbrood Vanquisher. I've been considering buying a slot with another top guild just to get these two done, but I honestly like the model of the Bloodbathed better, and I rarely ride it anyways since I got the Red D-Hawk. Plus Bane is enough to shove in anyone's face on my server : 3 We did also go back and complete Tribute to Insanity 25, but I don't consider it a part of the list since it was done in Patch 3.3

Go to 4:30 in for the greatest terrifying scream moment ever in Minecraft (that I've seen). Little background, he's in his third cave and has been ranting about finding a Spider spawner for several episodes. You'll love it. The series itself is by a guy on my WoW server, the GM of the top guild and a good server friend of mine. If you like his series subscribe and check it out, he's trying to become a Youtube partner.

So if anyone recalls my Nether Portals, I have one from my main base that put me on top of a cliff. It overlooks a massive lava lake at the bottom of the Nether. So I ventured my way down to the lake and found a nice ledge to make another portal for a lava farm. When I took it back out I'm in a cave system, 40 blocks under the ocean, halfway at the near edge of my world. Goody! So I made a base connecting that portal to the surface with another water elevator, and a minecart system across half the world to connect them. Bye bye Iron :'( I can put up the map if anyone is interested in seeing this.

is exactly what I replicated for mine. Make sure you make it as a 4x4 shaft. with the waterfall running down one of the edges so there are 3 blocks between the waterfall and the wall.

Thought I'd throw up a few screenshots, see if anyone has any suggestions, comments, or opinions. I mapped out the entire cave system I found, apparently it connects to the same one directly below my house. Still a ton of resources to collect down there but I'm bored of it, may work on my minecart or water slides. [spoiler=Show] Lava skylight connecting to my garbage disposal. [spoiler=Show] The entire base from outside. All the waterfalls are man-made, as is the river in the front. I carved off most of the front face of the mountain. Picture taken from my spawn point. I may farm Lava in the Nether and turn the waterfalls into lavafalls (is that a word?)

Do you need a lake to do that? I just want to make an air one! D; No you don't, you just need the waterfall and the directed flow at the bottom, as shown in the video. It can easily be made in a 4x4 shaft or space with the waterfall running down one side, that's what I did for mine.. it replaced my ladders for my mine shaft.

So I tried out my Nether Portal today.. it comes out at a ledge right over a massive lava pool, which I'm guessing is above the bedrock so I must be near the bottom. I tried to acquire some of that "Lightstone" and managed to gloriously fall into aforementioned lava pool to my death. Bye bye Diamond Pick and Shovel... but its ok, 14 more Diamonds at home : D Also replicated with great success today, if anyone wants to try or needs a quick elevator system.

Charge them. You have it, they want it. Its simple supply and demand. If its really their dream, they'll pay more. Hell, maybe eventually you can lend it out enough to make back the original cost of buying it. Then its just profit! Think about it like renting your favorite movie.

Second trip into the cave system, came up with 14 Diamonds, 11 Obsidian, and 3 more stacks (of 64) of Redstone. I left some Obsidian patches and oodles of Redstone down there, all in the same "cavern" area. I made a mine shaft to connect that cavern to the surface, for direct access, so I'm definitely gonna clean it up and search for more Diamonds. Three days into the game, two Diamond Picks, Shovel, and 14 Diamonds in my chests. Lot of people probably hate me now...

Its lag on either Blizzard's login servers, or your own Internet connection. Check your connection, if that's not it wait a little while and try again.

wat. Took me weeks to even find 3. <.< Yeah that cave system is ridiculous. I skipped half the Redstone I saw and still came up with over 200 pieces. I made 2 Diamond Picks and a Shovel, I guess I just got really lucky..

Started this game yesterday, some guys on my WoW guild have been going on about it so I gave in. Made some tools, shelter, all that good stuff. First time into a cave system ever, came up with a tons of Iron and Coal, a good amount of Gold, 3 stacks of Redstone Ore and 7 Diamonds. Just been messing around with water lately though, may try a water slide or lazy river sort of thing around my house..
