Tell him your really busy when he wants to hang out with you, explain as pleasantly as you can when he needs help ... tell him to talk to that dude in lumbridge when he needs help again, or refer back to the tutorial when he needs help on something that was clearly told in the tutorial. I have many friends like these :)
