they are actually soft subs, they just look horrific because of the aspect ratio. And yeah. I watch it in a proper ratio, but when I opened the file in a player that actually lets me take screenshots it would do it properly.

I used to feel like that too, I wouldnt say I've become a slacker, but I'm not as bothered about getting overly high marks as I used to be. Considering that beforehand I spent maybe half an hour socializing (including MMOs, MSN, ect) a day, outside of school, and the rest working, I think lowering my grades slightly, and spending more time out with friends is an improvement. I'm just saying, your perspective on work may well change as you get higher up.

yep, the release 60 gig model had backwards compatability, but they scrapped that "useless" feature in the newer models. One of the big reasons I'm buying a 360 instead of a PS3 come new year. That and SFIV.

to add to this, percentage wise U = 0-40% E = 40-50% D = 50-60% C = 60-70% B = 70-80% A = 80-90% A* = 90+ %. thats a rough guide. I know its right for sciences, but I have no idea if its 100% accurate for other subjects. Currently I'm aiming for at least a B in my next set of modules (January). We dont really have a constant grading system here. You dont know what you've got until you get your results back a month or two after the exam. In america, is there any kind of standardization for GPA or whatever, or does it differ completely from school to school?
