You guys notice the term "Opportunity Cost" in Duke's discussions? I gota say the big three are Castle Wars, killing the Dagganoth Kings, and Barrows, with a decent amount of Magic training on the side (I'm going to be lvl 89 Mage in about 15min at Pest Control World 78 :wink: ) Most other things in the game are just repetitive, boring clicking :? . Other then getting items I need or levels for quests/ jobs I really only do those things I listed.

I've thought about wanting my name changed, but overall I think I'd kick myself if I changed it at all. The 17 at the end of my name lets everyone know this is my first account. The nickname "Reb" just sounds so right :wink: . Its always funny having people think I made a type when I made "Rebdragon17" thinking it should be the oh so cliche "Reddragon17". Red Eyes Black Dragon ftw :mrgreen: (I've only met one person who's name was based on REBD, "R Eyes Blk D". Other then that I've met maybe one Red Dragon, so its original to me.

actually its 10 + (first digit of your magic) I had 79 magic and i was hitting 17 max, when i leveled to 18, bam i started to hit 18's. Which makes it even better. True...I should've said it hit 16s for me. Just three more levels until I hit 17s... :twisted: Two more until 19's :twisted: .

Anyways here's my outfit: (Its probably a dumb idea to bring all of this, but I've never died in 200 trips and am slightly overconfident) Of course the empty space is for, well duh, teletablets. With my method I generally use 0-3 doses and 8ish lobs (15kc for speed and decent runes). Also, the Seers Ring is generally a Rol.

Rofl, when I'm on defense I have a guarentee that "I'll steal our flag in 3min or less or your money back :wink: ." Defense is basically all I do though- I reak at stealing the other flag :? . Can everyone get off Trojann's case? I think we all know that he isn't the best CW player in the world (no offense) but he is definitely one of the best, you can't deny that.

Rofl, I'm guessing you havn't tried that method long. Even in Black Hide, and Ahrims Hood, and Fury ammy with 74 Defense and 88 Mage Ahrim can hit quite hard periodically. The odd thing about him though is that I either have a fight with him where he never hits me at all, or I get barrages of 20's nonstop. He's a strange fellow that Ahrim. Okay, what? 35-42k per trip on pots? What, do Prayer Pots give you a high or something so you chug a few gallons of them every trip? Work on your methods, you're paying a bit too much per trip :wink: . I'm only lvl 95 and 58 Prayer (but 88 Mage :? , may not help my case) and I generally use 0-3 doses a trip, along with 8 or so lobs (No pray on Ahrim, Guthan, Torag, lose a lob or two on 15Kc). It really isn't too hard to find cheaper ways of going about Barrowing, just experiment a bit :mrgreen: . Chen got it right- I was about to post it lol. 8 + n = Pd, n being the number of brother killed and Pd being, well duh, Prayer drain. I've always wondered though, do doubles affect this equation? Great guide Socc, though I still think you did all this just to show off your spear :wink: .

Few tips I suppose, I'm no legend but I've got a few ideas :wink: : 1) Be a Medic. Walk around with your teams flagholder (or higher levels in fights). If s/he gets hurt a bit just heal them, they'll save bandages and you'll be helping you're team a lot. 2) Carry Barricades and Explosives around with your team's flagcatcher. Clear paths, block off and redirect enemies, anything to help them get to home base. 3) Team up with other players in a fight. Sure, one on one you'll probably get annihilated, but working with others as a team you can win (ugh, I'm starting to sound like one of those cheesy kiddy cartoons). 4) Read through Troj's guide again. He does in fact have a few words of advice for lower lvls :wink: . Great guide Tro. Good information, but it doesn't give out every strategy, as it should be. As odd as it sounds I've never played a game with you (or at least never come in contact with you in a game) so it'll be fun to take you down sometime :P .

Wow, insane luck on this thread :shock: . It seems that in 50 runs no one got under 4 items... WTH. I really hope everyone posted the truth, the whole truth, and nothin' but da truth (I know who I can trust, but some people.. :? ). Randomness ftw! I may be up for some DK's sometime, though I've gota get a bit of cash and replenish my rune stocks :mrgreen: . (along with getting my danm Portal Rooms set up, curse the costs of Construction). Hopefully the Barrows will be nice to me and give me a surplus of Minds and Deaths :wink: , along with a few other trinkets. Socc- Get a Mage's Book for Christ's sake! Their Magical abilities as a shield are unparalled by any other shield object in Rs. And, as I've always said and always will, Master Wand's are crap :roll: (Ancient Staves always win). If you want to waste your points get a Mage's Book and maybe some shiny new Infinity Boots :wink: .

I generally get 15 or so for speed and decent runes, but on my last run (or if I just feel like it) I'll get 25 :mrgreen: . 'Bout to open the chest, wish me luck.. Teeth half, eh at least I got one for my four loops... Nothin else, but I got 150 Death Runes :mrgreen: . Now I'm not out.
