  1. Hi Fairkarilgo, It sounds like you were missing some enclosing quotes around the path (the C:\Program Files bit), could you show us the exact command you typed into the run box?
  2. Hi, Do you receive any error message when looking up names? Also, are you looking them up using the right side utilities, or do you open the actual stats lookup window?
  3. Hiya, This sounds like it might be java messing about, have you tried updating your java recently, alternatively used the chrome frame option for playing?
  4. Hi, Sorry it took a while to get back to you, I was looking this up and the Mac client does not have any rs07 support in it's tool set I'm afraid.
  5. Didn't install as admin, try again :)
  6. What does the debug.log file say?
  7. If you need to ask it's pretty safe to say it isn't enabled :) it's in the Play RS box, top right
  8. As long as the "Classic" box isn't checked, it will look up EoC.
  9. Every time you visit a new world you'll receive this warning, but only the first time you visit a new world (if you check the box in it), hat's because the location of the java applet it want sot run changes with every world.
  10. For these kind of questions, you want to hit up http://swiftirc.net, but yes there's been a fair amount of disconnects as of late, it's being looked into.
  11. "Nothing works" doesn't help us, what happens/doesn't happen?

    Cant run Swifkit

Hi, are you able to see the patch notes on the right hand side?
  13. What happens, error messages etc?
  14. Hi, If instead of picking the Debug option, you pick the "Install Directory" one, then click Launch in SwiftKit, once SwiftKit is running and you've tried looking up a user name, copy the content of the debug.txt file in that directory for us please.

    Please read this.

Hi there, Sorry to hear that you are having some issues with your screenshots. As long as you didn't reformat your PC or do anything else with the images, they should still be there, where are you unable to view the images, is it just in the Screenshot Viewer, or in the folder for the screenshots (if you open the Screenshot Viewer and click the folder icon in the lower left you will be taken to the folder).
  16. Is it the box that informs you that your java version is out of date? I seem to recall this only appearing if you ave an older version.
  17. Just a single bookmark would violate the rules, if you choose to do so is up to you, but we can not accommodate this.
  18. Hi, When you say you have java, how did you confirm this? SwiftKit uses Internet Explorer (by default) for it's RuneScape window, this means java must be installed using Internet Explorer, alternatively with the RS3 beta we did launch a Chrome integrated version, please refer to the sticky post for information about it as it has some limitations etc.
  19. Hi, The reason SwiftKit appears "inactive" is because you are working inside a chrome window (which is technically another program). The screen freezes might be relating to graphical settings/drivers, have you updated your graphics drivers recently?
  20. Hi, We did notice some discrepancies in chrome build locations during testing, but it was very isolated cases and hard to pinpoint the origin of this. If you could tell us the path for your chrome executable we will certainly look into it, but I make no promise as we are fans of using stable and tested solutions to ensure a good experience.
  21. Jagex requested we remove the world changer functionality when it was using the world system currently used by rs07, they do not allow it and thus we won't support it.
  22. That certainly sounds like something that would violate the rules, and also is something you'd never actually need.
  23. Firstly, you shouldn't download it from "other sources", only from the swiftkit.net website. When you install it, are you running the installer as admin?
  24. Firstly, it's kind of rude to say "I don't want to hear ..." when asking for help. Secondly, taken straight form the first result on our Knowledge Base when searching for the error; http://kb.swiftkit.net/question-error-339.html
  25. What antivirus do you use?
