they can ive seen them for sale on world 1. im f2p atm but will be members again soon and im interested at how bad f2p is with the macro problems plus all the scammers and other things that happen there. and the major lag problem anything can make f2p lag

the only thing you should buy is vials. or seaweed and buckets if you wanna lvl crafting to by making glass and vials. Go into the security stronghold and kill flesh crawlers in the room where there are 2 of them and 3 giant rats keep the herbs the fires, dusts, and nats and then just keep making trips till you have as many herbs as you need. then add all the herbs into the vials and gather the ingredients. i do recommend dropping anything under harralander because there low exp. for chocolate dust go to the gnome stronghold and buy the 2 food shops out of all there bars and dust and keep doing this till you have enough for all your harralanders if you choose to keep them. Snape grass from the hobgoblin area by crafting guild. Eye of newt from tavelry herb shop. everything else is pretty ez to come by

iron pure very nice choice i have one myself. for starters train on chickens until you have a cb lvl of around 18 then train on cows till you have around 50 str then pk to your hearts content. plus keep all your c hides for money they really help

if youve got a decent cb lvl go with a group to the kings and mage there it will be somewhat slow exp but has some of the best drops in game

yah agility arena in brimhaven is the best because 100 tix is a very nice 28k exp tho if you really wanna get it up alot get 1k tix for 320k exp plus youll prolly get to lvl 56 before you get 1k tixs anyway just from going through the obstacles inside collecting tix

if you try it will tell you you cant my friend who was pure range tried from blue and couldnt wear it till after he did quest its the same with red and blk also

there are 5 different h shields h1-h5 they all look different but have the same stat bonuses as the plain shield e.g rune kite h5 is the same bonus as rune kite

its any d hide body not jsut green

those are special shields that are from members treasure trails that they can sell to f2p they dont do anything special except look good and there are no trimmed weapons

apparently you didnt read my post you CAN NOT wear Dragon Hide Body until after dragon slayer

For Fightcaves dont use the x-bow it costs way to much money since youll need about 5k rune or addy bolts and a rune x-bow. just do the quests and get the c-bow and then buy another crystal and get another c-bow they will make a major difference

my advice for you is to either a) check the rs forums for people doing free smithing exp things or B) buy or mine gold and smith with goldsmithing gauntlets from family crest quest it gives less then addy bars but more then mith bars.

like the others said you cant where anything that has rune platebody or dragonhide body in its name ive seen lvl 13 pure mages complete this quest (tho they where 39 when they came out) im sure you can do it

ok i pulled up your high scores and i gotta tell you dont train on any one monster. go to a slayer master (try edgeville dungeon master) and do slayer tasks. that way your training cb and slayer at the same time

what are your skills? atk, str, def, range, mage, hp, and have you completed creature of frankenstein? legends? the security stronghold? heroes? black knights fortress? Edit: have you done recruitment drive and wanted! also?
