There should be a smithing guild in RS. It should have a blast furnace in it and have several anvils and a bank. It should require lvl 60 smithing and mining to enter it and it should become a new room in the mining guild.

you go into control panel and enter the mouse folder there and turn mousekeys on. use your mouse to get the cursor over the alch button and item and then use the 5 key that doesnt have the % symbol on it to click and it says your precious fingers and this has been okeyed by Jagex

one of the things ive learned is dont craft normal or speed craft on a world like that. its alot better to craft in abyss because once your lvl 50 rc you can use small med and large pouch and carry 25 ess + 18 in pouches for total of 43

theres no need to bump youve gotten enough info here and from the quest guide to complete the quest there arent any more tricks

one of the things ive noticed is that you only have 1 c-bow while most guides say bring 2 just in case you use one up
