Fastest fishing XP?

Featured Replies

Ok, so I want to make a pure fisher / cooker.

I'm currently this:

and I'm fishing / cooking / dropping lobsters at karamja.

Is this the fastest way to gain xp in fishing and cooking?

All advices for my pure are appreciated.

No, I really don't play anymore.

if you want both cooking and fishing xp... its "decent"...

you could also fly fish.... then cook the fish u will catch.

then when ure at a more decent fishing level you could go back and fish lobs.

but bear in mind fly fishing is the fastest fishing xp

So what I've heard is true =P

So, flyfishing is fastest even if you are like 99 fishing and get lobbies fast?

No, I really don't play anymore.

y would u fly fish at 99? - the only answer is for XP i guess

well i tried fishing lobs at 99 and they are decent.....

but i think... you should focus on ure current level rather then 99 for the time being :P

also, what do I do if there isn't a fire near the spots? remeber I dont want no XP in wc or fm..

No, I really don't play anymore.

Being f2p your best bet for fishing xp is Lumbridge.

You can easilly sell the fish to a nearby store to get some money, (which is faster than dropping) then using this money to buy feathers from the newbs that gather them at the chicken pen.

You could even hire 1 or 2 so they deliver the feathers to you lol.

Quest cape obtained at combat level 83, march 07.

Is there a flyfishing spot in lumby?

EDIT: Is there even ANY kind of spots in lumby? :-k

No, I really don't play anymore.

aoe325 ideas are good..

but i think that instead of selling to the shop keep the fish and cook, until u get higher cooking that u burn less or nothing.

hrmm.. yeah.

call me noob, but where is the flyfishing spots in lumbridge?

and i think he means selling the cooked fish.

No, I really don't play anymore.

across the river from limbridge there are 2 fly fishing spots. they are the fastest xp. (I think faster than barb village)

right now I am training there, but to make it go faster I am teleporting to lumbridge castle every time I have a full load, then just run/walk the rest of the way.
