They drop decent loot and are usually available. not picking up arrows Ouch! You can use each arrow about 4 times before it's gone. If you do it right, it's very easy to safely pick up your arrows. btw im level 64 It would take you about 19000 iron arrows, without picking them up, to each level 70 or, only about 4750 if you did pick them up.
