Is it against the rules to ask for people's age in-game?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If it is are things like saying in-game "my birthday is in 6 months =)" or "im 16" against the rules because they encourage rule-breaking?

erm...technically it is against the rules but really i haven't seen anyone banned for it

Jagex has said that they consider asking for country, age and first name isn't illegal.

Once you start asking for personal details, you get out of that RPG "realm" and start to have one personal way of playing.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Plus, some people simply don't like get asked for that kind of info.

That's one of the reasons why the word "gay" is sensured.
