If you were to buy the (25) essence for 20 GP each along with the 2k it equals 2.5k being given away. (25*20=500+2000=2500) At level 61 runecrafting you can make 6 airs per essence, so 6*25=150 airs. Airs usually sell for 10 GP ea, so 150*10=1500. You're giving away 2.5k and getting back 1.5k. You're losing 1k each trade. No, you will not break even.
