March 19, 200719 yr Lots of people use the bank there for fletching and for just banking. It's a popular hang-out place as well. I know N0valyfe and his friends hung out there sometimes. You can't see the bank chest because you haven't done RFD though.

March 19, 200719 yr You only have to click once to access the bank if you've started Recipe for Disaster, great for fletching and such. I really wouldn't call it an era. It was more of a definitive time period during which dinstinctive characteristics were expressed in similar ways.
March 19, 200719 yr do u have to finish or just start To access the bank, you just need to complete the very intro of the quest, helping the chef. It's a relatively easy part.
