March 21, 200719 yr You probably already have that item in your bank. I think that's the only exception to the rule.
March 21, 200719 yr i think since you were still a member, you can add new stuff. However, when you are totally f2p, then you can't fill any more spaces.

March 22, 200719 yr You can only deposit an item only if there was already another duplicate holding a bank space in your bank, be it free area or p2p area of bank. Otherwise, you won't be allowed to do so. Strangely with WotLK so near, I wished I could delay it a bit to push through that last TBC content in MH/BT :'(.
