Difficult to say... depends on how good you are at I suppose.

Barrows is all about luck, I mean, I've went 50+ runs with no items, but at least I'm making some experience and money with runes.

Personally, I don't like merchanting, but the money potential is quite high.

Tough call....

if you are good at merchanting you can double your money in a day

but with barrows it takes alot of time more a steady income then a fast and big income but with some nice exp maybe the better choice

depends on your stas and money..

Do barrows its much more fun them merching. I made about 8m this week from barrows, and didnt even get an item worth over 800k from the chest.

Also you dont need 80+ stats i dont even have skill in the 80's and can esaily do barrows.

I dont have a sig anymore =[

But I did manage to get every skill in the highscores

If u really want to make $,try buying coal for 180ea and iron for 90-100ea then make em into steel bars and make a 420gp profit per bar

Really? Cause as I recall it was you who was the one cussing me at base. Also, re-read what you just said: one 15 second delay (which is an exaggeration to begin with) ruins floor times? You are beyond ridiculous.

i think you should go with barrows. it gives a little mage and melee xp and its more fun with chances of getting a rare item.

Try browsing the fourms for good deals while Barrowing :)

Another reason to do barrows is because you get xp in all combat skills.

I would recommend Merchanting. Because doing Barrows can make you lost money. Becuase the rewards are by chance! Unlike merchanting.

If you can mage tank or verac, it's worth barrowing because almost everything from the chest will be profit. If you can only mage and you're forced to use Ppots, it's iffy. Sometimes you can lose money maging, but you'll always, ALWAYS, have more fun than merchanting.

I personally would barrow. Merchanting is a reliable way of money, moreso than barrows, but I think barrows is more fun and also you get experience. You could do both, switch on and off, or merchant on the forums while doing barrows, just be careful

looking for someone to make me a siggy, send me a PM

I would have to say barrows because it is fun and it give a good amount of cash. I have never heard of people losing money at barrows unless they were unlucky and using ancients.
