INLINER
Ok.. I couldn't find MS Paint off of the Start menu, so I ran a search. I found a link to it through the search and made a shortcut to my desktop. Here is the problem: When I open it, it immediately goes non-responsive. After that a window comes up and says 'Microsoft Paint has encountered a problem and has to close.' This is very annoying, and I was wondering if anyone knew how to fix this, or if they had a link to a MS Paint download (FROM A LEGIT SITE). 3,331st to 99 Fishing - 9-18-07 | 25,851st to 99 Cooking - 10-6-
Mercifull
Re-install it from your Windows CD. Mercifull <3 Suzi "We don't want players to be able to buy their way to success in RuneScape. INLINER
I went here: http://support.microsoft.com/kb/162500. It's the support site for Microsoft. I had to over write some files (MSPAINT[Caution: ExecutableFile]) and a few others that I didn't recognize. Thanks for the help. 3,331st to 99 Fishing - 9-18-07 | 25,851st to 99 Cooking - 10-6-
Abyssalwhip
Go to start>accesories>paint, should work, if not then download a different art program. Your name is "bet you fail", and you're starting a business with your mom? I'm not even going to touch that.....
Celt23
Unless you have an older version of Windows, the Paint should still be somwhere on your computer otherwise Windows File Protect will be whining for you to insert your Windows CD so it can find a copy of the program. Even if you delete it somehow and you haven't disabled WFP it won't work because it will take the copy from %systemroot%\system32\dllcache and overwrite/create the program. You can look for mspaint(dot)exe in this folder: C:\WINDOWS[or winnt or windows depending on your computer]\system32 ^mspaint should be in that folder.
