This is my very first attempt at a sig. I have never made one before,

 

 

 

but I have been admiring the work of others for a while. So last night

 

 

 

I decided to give it a try. Rate it, and tell me how to improve.

 

 

 

This sig was made with mspaint.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Worked on it last night, tell me what you think. I'm sure with a

 

 

 

gradient tool of some sort I could have done some better shading,

 

 

 

but mspaint is kinda limited for effects. Definitely a 100% improvement.

Good for your first. Add alot more detail with grass and background, generally just spend some more time on detail - At the moment its good, could be great

so i'm guessing everyone would recomment photoshop? I've played around with it a little, but do not have it currently.

Well not for pixel sigs but for anything else.. yeh. For pixel's however you may want graphics gale or just use ms paint.

I think your sig looks alrite, but add little details. For example, on the tree, where the little "chop" has been taken out of it, put in the ring of the tree, hope you know what I mean. It's the little details that make a great pixel sig.

as zep said, its all in the details. the drawing there is good, work on it a lilmore and itll look good. Take laxation's sig for example. He started a thread where he put up his first sig and took suggestions and worked on it for a while...that sig is a great one now.
