It is my highest non combat stat, which I find humorous as I detest stringing. I never chased levs on fletching, or wc for that matter, they just came along for the ride as I was trainng magic to 94. I cut trees, fletched and made my own nats. Only thing I bought was strings and essence. If you buy the materials, it is a very fast stat to train from what I hear...especially when buying mage logs and fletching/alching them. I rather do the work so I get all the other stats along the way.

Azure fm is a better 3rd 99, and gl with fletching Guthans, it gets easier and easier as it goes on.
