Follow Bloodveld's fake tutorial (link is further up the page), and you will see you write in the foreground colour [whatever you want that as], then re-write in black. Put this black layer behind, and one pixel below and to the right of the foreground colour.

you will never find a rs font with shadow. do wat subtle rune says. its the right thing. and remember that the "click here" text uses the bold variant of the font
