I personally love training in Edge dungeon on F2P. Perhaps the skeletons would suit your level, or perhaps the hobgoblins or giants if you're feeling adventurous but then can sometimes be crowded. You could also try venturing down to the ice caves on the south coast and try the hobgoblins there.

id really try the flesh crawlers,cuz they have 25 hp(i think).The highest they will ever hit is a 1.But since u have 33 def and probably full addy,they probably wont hit u alot or all all.
