No idea where to go... guess it's near water or in a swamp. Anyone know what to do?

It's at the fishing platform from the sea slug quest.

sorry, I just got members and haven't done that quest yet so I don't know where that is.

Im not sure but I think that map shows the road from seers village to relleka.

It's the path from Sinclair mansion to Fremennik Province.

Sea slug fishing platform, search the crate inside the house to the West (the house with the range). You must have at least started the Sea Slug Quest to get to the fishing platform.
