I'm currently level 59 fishing and level 60 cooking. So far I've fished lobsters, but I find them quite slow. We all know that cutting willows is the fastest xp for woodcutting, can the same be true for fishing?

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If anyone has any experience with fishing lower leveled fishes for faster xp, I'd be grateful for a reply. Is it faster?

fly fishing (with feathers) is quite fast, in P2P as well as in F2P

 

 

 

If you are P2P go to shile village, if you are F2P, the barbarian outpost is your place to be...

Fly fishing is the fastest for exp :)

fly fish at barb vill, cook your fish, and when you have a full load, just say u have free fish, and ppl will quickly take them.

I don't really think shilo is the best option, Couse.. Lobsters pays afterall aswell, And salmons just make tha bank look silly.. :lol:

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

If i were you, As i am, I would fish lobs in caterby as a member.

If you want levels quickly, nice xp and some cooking xp, fly fish at Shilo and bank them, then when you have about 5-6k of each raw, cook em.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

At Barb, take an axe and tinderbox, and fish/cooking/drop repeat.

Since I haven't done the Shilo village quest, I'm currently fly-fishing in Ardougne river, which I find is an acceptable distance from a bank. Very fast xp. Thanks!

Lobbies slow so i sugest, shio fly fishing

my best suggestion to power fish, is barbarian on f2p. Sure you can sell fish back to the shop in shilo, but most of the time the shop is so bloody full of fish as to make it unprofitable. Second, the fishing spot moves--a lot--! Half my time at shilo was my trying to world hop to little or no fish in the shop and chasing that ever moving hotspot.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

I suggest using f2p b/c you can always give away free fish to lower levels.

Fly fishing is the fastest by far. In my case i got 40-77 fishing on lobs took a good month but i did enjoy the 2 mill =P
