Well I have been looking for something to do in my free time and I seem to be turning back to RS again.

 

 

 

In September of '05 I was hacked by an unknown person who changed my recovery questions and had me banned. Since than I have not logged into the game once.

 

 

 

I had several other reasons for not starting a new account and starting over. Large number of marco accounts whoring resources, free servers not getting additions, and my friends not knowing the new account name

 

 

 

If you could give me some reasons how the game has changed to fix the reasons I didnt make a new account except for the friends thing I would appreciate it.

You didnt read the post did you. I am not making a new account yet. If Jagex has made changes and removed the macros and other problems than I will make a new account but only if they have changed the stuff I listed.

Actualy the problems are proboly worse than when you quit since they aren't improving with time.

so there are still like 50 macros cutting each yew and mining each iron rock?

yea i totaly agree with him i made a acount that looked like one and i reported some i dont no if that really works or not...... :-w

reporting takes forever and with most macros they can just leave it up 24/7 and it will only log off on updates but then it automaticly logs back in

I think Jagex would have it's people working on that. I hope they are working on an actual way to stop them, instead of just making more randoms

yah all the randoms do is challege the macro coders to code a program to outdue the randoms. What they need to do require users to enter a verification code like a lot of other sites do. Or maybe they should just move to p2p only which would definitely end the macroing

I'd probably look at a different game, might be worth it just for casual gaming.

There is no good reason to play. My advice is don't start. Don't get sucked into it, there's no point.

not too clear on this but, if ur coming back, and have nothing to work off of except ur knowledge, u should try making a pk acc, melee is cheapest

 

 

 

pking at low lvls can be pretty fun, like i almost threw away my lvl 70 acc and was gonna make my pure my main, try it out a bit, killing ppl is fun :thumbsup:

Jagex have made a few changes, but there is still alot of lurers, scammers and hackers out there. And it's more of them now than it was before :(.
