April 10, 200719 yr Yes you will get logs at a faster rate as your woodcutting level goes up. Your axe also affects this.
April 10, 200719 yr Author I am lvl 43 woodcutting with a steel axe and can't afford a better one, so should I still train on willows or should i do oaks cause i cut them faster?
April 10, 200719 yr Good question but I suggest you just try to buy an addy woodcutting axe then (only 2-3k) by selling some of your willow/oak logs. - Back to casual f2p scaping due to limited time (university and girlfriend ) -
April 10, 200719 yr Adamant axes are indeed about 10k on the street, and rune ones are 20k. As to your question about what you should do, you should probably drop back to Oaks and save them. You can sell the oaks for 30-50ea (typically lower, however) to those working on construction. To get a Rune Axe, you'd need to cut, at most, 800 Oaks (25ea). After that, you should probably stick with Oaks until you have at least over 70wc, then you'll start 1-hitting the tree for logs quite often (look at my level, I still don't get constant 1-hits on the tree, however I do get them relatively often). don't worry, you are going to "hell" anyway. wanna race to see who gets there first?Officially reached 100 Combat at 1:33PM EST, June 14, 2007First Dragon Drop: Dragon Chain (Dust Devils) @ 10:48PM EST, July 14, 2008, lv113 combat
