The easiest way would be to add a workshop to your house and make flat-pack furniture at the highest level you can while getting your butler to get planks for you.

 

 

 

The cheapest way is to stock up on soft clay and build and destroy a fireplace over and over.

Tears of Guthix if it is your lowest skill.

 

If you are training combat, you might be lucky and get some of the new construction bones.

 

 

 

There are plank respawns on Entrana and in the wildeness. Then you only have to supply nails, bronze would be cheapest. This is a slow and tedious way. Soft clay can be a pain to make as well, and so is mining limestone. At least then you get some mining/crafting exp. as well.

 

 

 

To really level construction, you'll have to pay up!

Making oak larders is a bit expensive but will go fast, or you could make castlewars armour stands which would be slower but give more exp/gp.

Oak furniture is quick but quite expensive. I tried limestone fireplaces for a bit but that was too slow. Go with oak larders/oak flat packs IMO.

or if you really want to throw cash at it: the highest level tree or plant you can build: gives farming exp too. (but super-expensive)
