April 16, 200719 yr I'm sorry if this sounds like a silly question, but I'm not very familiar with law crafting. From what I've read, world 66 is "ess returned" and world 99 is "no ess returned". From what I gather, "ess returned" is not only are the law crafters crafting for free, they're also PAYING the players to let them craft their laws. For "no ess returned", does that mean that the crafters simply trade laws for essence? If so, would world 99 crafting be more cost-saving than 66? Yes 99 is more cost effective, but lot less runners there. Barrows drops: ahrims staff (2), karils coif, karils xbow, torags plate body, veracs helm.
