Good luck, I achieved the same goal towards the end of last year: 99 range F2P only, at 40 defence. My low combat makes pking great, and I easily pk over 50 sets of full rune a month even with limited playing time, and with time spent on other areas.

Yes it does, where did you train? i'm looking for a good place, i used to train at lvl 35 Flesh Crawlers but i use to many arrows and they're ranged def is to high. Last question, how long did it take you to get 99 ranged?

um, im not much of a racer, i had two main goals while a member,

 

[x] green mask

 

[ ] 58k/120k iron arrows fletched

 

 

 

once i get my arrows done im going to be going back to f2p and im going to take my time and have fun on the way to 99 range...or however long my arrows last, ill at least get 90 range :P

 

 

 

so thats a rather long 'no', i dont really want to race anyone.
