Well I skimmed through the update as it didn't contain anything about bracelets, but I was in lumbridge and I noticed that the goblins have had a makeover!

 

 

 

If this is in the update or is old then please say but I think it is a hidden update..

 

 

 

Just thought I would share that with you :lol:

Its not hidden,

 

In order to look their best compared to their cousins underground, we've also updated the surface goblins. Now they look like warriors, and just as mean as you'd expect.

It is partially hidden, it was mentioned in BTS but I'm pretty sure (correct me if I'm wrong) it wasn't mentioned in todays update.

 

 

 

And yes it just happened today
