if u go to runescape.com and go to the knowledge base it shows the stats..

I know for one thing that the dragon bracelet gives some def bonus (dont how much anymore, just sold it) and 6+ str (this one I know for sure)

no it doesnt...

 

I got that info from knowledge base so i dont think it would be wrong..

dstone brace is slightly better than mith gloves.

I think it does because Dragon Bracelet gives..7 to all Atk and 5 to all Def, 3 to Magic atk/Def and 7 str
