May 5, 200719 yr i thought i did a good job but you might not.i was not knowing how to do a back ground since im new to it and im practiceing to get better. any suggestions on the back ground or anything would be great. Here It Is: Sir Erderik thanks for the avatar.
May 5, 200719 yr It is actually pretty bad to be imo. All it is is a green gradient with a render. Try next time for a better background, match the colors from the gradient and the render. Add some filters, or adjustment layers. Plus a border. Glad I could help
May 5, 200719 yr All you did was get one of those cool effect things (don't know what they're called  ) and slapped on a bad render (not rendar...) and it's also almost more like an avatar then a sig size wise
May 5, 200719 yr Author sorry but i guess u cant read its my FIRST! Sir Erderik thanks for the avatar.
May 5, 200719 yr Yes, we understand it's your first. You need to add some type of brush stroking or pen tooling, else it's just boring. Also, try to blend the render some. The code in my sig should say 1032 not 0132.
May 5, 200719 yr pretty good for A first no its not? he done a W/Green gradient and plonked a non matching render on top. skillz? My photobucket
May 5, 200719 yr yea, its just a pic on a green backgrount, it's nothing to get excited about, anyone could have done it. to be quite frank there's no real c/c to give, it's barely a picture. 1/10 for being able to use the gradient tool.
May 5, 200719 yr sorry but you didnt even blend the render... Click my main sig to see my fakes :D Proud to be Mexican, yay!
May 5, 200719 yr sorry but i guess u cant read its my FIRST! sorry but I guess you can't spell or read, it's spelled "you" not "u" and it being your first is no excuse for posting something that took like 2 minutes, by the way: Don't post your first ever sig. To be quite honest with you, they are hardly ever decent. Remember, if you think it doesn't look good, it doesn't. For those of you who truely feel that you are hot stuff, ask for a second opinion such as family member, friend, or messenger buddy if you want a real opinion as to if it's any good. If they give good feedback, post away.
May 5, 200719 yr it being your first is no excuse for posting something that took like 2 minutes ^^what he said^^ Click my main sig to see my fakes :D Proud to be Mexican, yay!
May 5, 200719 yr Glad you figured out how to get a render into a signature, but now you need to throw in some effects. -A good start is to match the colors or use a nice looking color scheme(green and red are hard to flow together) -Then get some brushes and brush around -Finally try to blend the render some. After that it's up to you. Those will just help get you started.

May 5, 200719 yr Not good for a first, as they never are. You should check out some tuts, download some brushes, and practice alot. If you use the GIMP: http://browse.deviantart.com/resources/ ... mpbrushes/ http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic.php?t=16776&start=1 http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic.php?t=18088&start=1 http://www.gimptalk.com/forum/topic.php?t=18718&start=1 http://www.planetrenders.net/ http://www.gimptalk.com/ http://forums.nintendo.com/nintendo/boa ... .id=606970 Happy graphic-making. And remember, don't post on people's graphics shops in the art bazaar asking them how they make good sigs. -.- here!
May 8, 200719 yr Its... uh, a hockey player on a gradient. I mean, the colors don't even work together. Read those links from the poster above me. Oh and, for the record, its called a 'render' not 'rander'.
