Equipment and stats for nat crafting?

Featured Replies

I've heard that craftin nats are a great way to make money.

But I need to know what lvls and/or equipment you recommend before starting. (Well except for 44 rc. )

EDIT: My combat lvl is 43 at the moment. Raise or let be?

It mostly depends on how you do it really. There are a lot of good guides on the abyss so I won't spend a lot of time on it, but it is the most common method of doing it. There's a plus side and minus side to your level. Not many people within your range PK RCers (at least from my experience), so you don't have to worry about getting PKed as much. However, you have low health and defence and while the abyss monsters don't hit high, there's enough of them that can seriously kill if you fail a few times trying to get through. If you do choose this, I'd recommend an abyss bracelet (to keep from getting skulled), at least 6 glory amulets (to tele to edgeville and have enough to do 24 rounds before recharging glories), a mith pickaxe (its that or agility that is close that you need to pass), and anything that can reduce weight, allowing you to run longer (boots of lightness, spotty cape etc). Somehow I forgot to mention to use pouches (preferably small and medium pouch).

If you don't wish to take the risk, another alternative is to go from shilo bank and just run over to the nature altar. This will require you to have the tiara or talisman, but is also considered the safest (though most time consuming as well). Though I don't think you've done shilo village quest yet based on your level so this probably isn't an option for you.

There's another one I believe with teleing to Al Kharid and catching the transport to Karamja then walking and teleing back to Al Kharid etc, which might work as well for you (but requires that you've done tree gnome stronghold)

For the abyss is an easy trick: use p potions: your prayer gets drained, but one dose of p potion will be enough to last against the monsters while using protect from melee (must wear full monk and holy or unholy symbol)

P pots are not such a good idea...they cost 10k ea and everytime you enter abbys your prayer gets drained so...

tThere's also the general shop method. Take noted pure ess, some money and un-note the essence in the general shop on karamja, Then walk to the alter, craft runes and back to the shop.

No risk, but way slower then the abyss.

Other data was removed when acoount got hacked...

probably only bring a shark every time for emergiences, rest filled with ess and pouches if you have any. Your CB will let you rest with abby pkers, and other than that, wear your best armur, since d hide usually will not be needed. a tele tab would also work good, for those very bad events. And your set, boots of lightness, or a hunter cape would help with the weight issue also, but it is not needed ::'

You can get 4 doses for 10k

so 2500 per trip

If he uses all pouches he can, he'll take 35 p ess per trip,

he buys p ess at 100 each and sells nats at 300 each, so that 7000 profit each trip, minus 2500 for (expensive! 8k can get you p potions) p potion, he's still got 4500 profit.

Unless you find someone to recharge your glories you will lose a lot of money by selling uncharged and buying charged. So I suggest you to wait untill you get Heroes quest done then think about nat crafting(that's what i'm doing).

Hope this helps ;)

or get 54 rc by crafting any runes, do enlightened journey and unlock the cw-route

(as fast lawcrafting as using the abyss, but a lot safer)

I'd get your stats up because there are pures level 43 that hang aroung egde, if they see you surly they'd try to pker. Also the abyss monsters will rip you apart, need more def and hp.
